End User License Agreement for ROC Player

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of ROC Player. By installing or using ROC Player you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ROC Player on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Rent, lease, or lend the application to others
- Use the application for any commercial purpose
- Circumvent any license verification or security mechanism in the app
3. CONTENT DISCLAIMER — IMPORTANT
ROC Player is a neutral media playback tool. It does not provide or distribute any content.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
- ROC Player does not supply, curate, or recommend any streaming content
- All content is provided by third-party IPTV services that you independently choose and subscribe to
- You are solely and entirely responsible for the legality of any content you access using this application
- The developer of ROC Player has no knowledge of, control over, or liability for content streamed through the application
This app operates on the same legal basis as VLC Media Player, Kodi, IPTV Smarters, and TiviMate — it is a player, not a content provider.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in ROC Player remain with the developer. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.
5. PRIVACY
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://rocplayer.com/privacy
6. UPDATES
The developer may provide updates to ROC Player. Updates are subject to this EULA unless a new agreement accompanies the update.
7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the application.
8. NO WARRANTIES
ROC Player is provided "as is". The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The developer's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application. The developer is not liable for any content-related claims, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the app.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding ROC Player.
