1. INTRODUCTION

ROC Player ("we", "our", "the app") is a media player application developed for personal use. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following data solely to provide app functionality:

• Device ID / MAC Address: A unique identifier used to verify your app license and link your device to your account. This is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Playlist Credentials: M3U URLs and Xtream Codes credentials (username, password, server URL) that you voluntarily enter. These are stored locally on your device and transmitted only to the IPTV service provider you specify.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous error reports sent to Sentry (sentry.io) when the app crashes, containing device type, OS version, and error details. No personal information is included.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information.
• We do not track your viewing history or habits.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not access any content you stream through the app.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ROC Player connects to services that you configure:

• Your chosen IPTV provider (credentials you enter are sent to their servers)
• Sentry.io for anonymous crash reporting
• Our license server at rocplayer.com to verify your app license

5. DATA STORAGE

All playlist data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Your device ID is registered on our secure license server at rocplayer.com.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ROC Player is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
