Terms of Service for ROC Player

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ROC PLAYER.

By using this application you agree to these terms.

1. WHAT ROC PLAYER IS

ROC Player is a media player application. It functions similarly to VLC Media Player or Kodi. The app allows users to play video streams from IPTV services that the user independently subscribes to and provides credentials for.

ROC Player does not:

  • Provide, host, broadcast, or distribute any video content
  • Operate any IPTV service or streaming server
  • Supply, recommend, or endorse any specific IPTV provider
  • Have any control over or knowledge of the content you stream

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using ROC Player you confirm that:

  • You are using the app to access content that you have the legal right to access
  • You have independently subscribed to any IPTV service whose credentials you enter into the app
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any IPTV service complies with the laws of your country
  • You will not use the app to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ROC Player and its interface, design, and code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application.

4. NO CONTENT LIABILITY

We have no involvement in, control over, or liability for any content streamed through this application. Any claims regarding streamed content must be directed to the relevant IPTV service provider, not to ROC Player.

5. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ROC Player on devices you own or control. Your license is linked to your device ID and is non-refundable once activated.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, visit the Manage Subscription page accessible from the footer of our website, enter your device MAC address, and follow the steps in the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if we determine you are using the app in violation of these terms or applicable law.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ROC Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ROC Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
